Learn to prepare... for everything.. for every day before that day even gets here. As a housewife I consider myself fairly good at it. But I can always learn some new tricks. Please give me any pointers or advice that works well for you. I'll do the same.
For instance...
Saturday is " prepare for Sunday Day". In other words, I make sure everyone in the house has clothes and shoes for church ready, and laid out. I also prep a meal for Sunday afternoon. That way when we get home from church everything is less stressful. And I do this Saturday morning, not 10 minutes before bed time.
On School nights we prepare for the next school morning. Lay out school clothes. Make lunches for the kids and daddy and yourself. Never forget to make yourself a lunch. Even if you are a SAHM you still deserve a prepped lunch. Trust me. Do it
Always lay out the breakfast stuffs the night before, and set the table.. just do it..
Use the laundry basket less, and fill up the washing machine more. When it gets full turn it on. I know some of us have a bad problem with filling up the laundry basket.....and filling it up, and overfilling the basket. So try this trick out.
Always keep shoes organized.
Always keep a pair of flip flops at the door.
Prepare for supper, the night before. Take a meat out and let it defrost in the fridge overnight.
Learn to foresee your families needs and PREPARE for it..
The little things add up.Trust me. Do it.
In my book there is no reason to ever be late.. EVER. If you learn to prepare for the NEXT day, your life will go alot easier. As housewives we should pride our self in it. We should take pride in the work we do to make our families life go easier.
